PUFFIN VS. LEMUR

An all-out fight to the death! Place your bets!

NOTE: Fine then Heccubus, you want to keep whining about the other lemur who just happened to stumble into the shot, I'll give you puffin-lovers a second one to even it out! Just shut up about the second bloody lemur, already! yell.gif

Well, lemurs are not really like cats, and puffins resemble ducks, so... puffins!

I still can't get around that stupid, cheating lemur. If his friend leaves, it would be close, but Puffin would probably just...you know...puffin him to death or something.

Lemurs are primates, you knob! Cute little monkey-like things! They could kick those clown-birds' asses into next week and then some!

I believe his original statement still stands. Lemurs AREN'T like cats.

And can lemurs shoot jets of plasma from their beaks in self-defence? I think not!

I'm sure they do if they are attacked by a Lemur.

Anywho, the flight advantage gives the Puffins +3 in Dexterity, and although the tail of a Lemur gives them a higher Strength value, it just tips out towards the Puffin. Can't beat the shit out of a Puffin if you can't catch it.

Besides, puffins have both the power attack AND cleave feats as a class bonus.

I've consulted one of very well-informed friends on the matter, and I've found some interesting facts leaning in the lemur's favor.

Lemurs are naturally immune to fire, so your little puffin plasma jets are useless here, and as far as puffins being able to fly? A lemur's tail can act as a natural spring, allowing them to jump high enough to catch a puffin in mid flight!

And lemurs are also a natural solution to the cicada epidemic! Puffins can't eat cicadas!

HA!
