I was going to say "Unless you are made of win", but then I remembered the "Goblin-Hewer", which Warhammer introduced as one of the things holding up the motorcycle ramp to the shark tank.

Storm of Chaos conclusion a bit too fanfictastic for you too?

Can any of you actually help me get something working? Yes, I can give clear descriptions of what I did/paste the logs.

well I must say, that wasn't the clearest of descriptions..

It was hardly unexpected. Given that the decisive campaign for Armageddon ended with GW getting bored and calling it a draw, the world-shattering campaign for Albion ended with Albion being totally forgotten, and the ultra-uber-mega galaxy sized campaign for the Eye of Terror ended with GW calling it a draw and nothing of any interest happening, Storm of Chaos ending with everyone getting bored and fucking off home before actually doing anything sort of fits the pattern.

At least with the next 40k one, they at least decided that when every army in the entire universe happened to be in the same place for no reason, they were fighting over a world of no importance, so nobody was supposed to remember it after the campaign.

Though, I dislike the goblin hewer more because it was another of those utterly retarded idea they threw in for 12 year olds which ended up squeezing out everything else, along with endless hordes of ancient all-powerful evils from beyond the dawn of time which are poised to eat the galaxy, and are supposedly different from last week's ancient, all-powerful evil from beyond the dawn of time.

I meant that I was willing to give clear description on what I attempted to do.

It's alright, I don't need help anymore. I have given up for now untill someone on GOG.com tells me what to do.

Maybe I should create a seperate directory and just copy the .grp file into it. Hold on a second, let me try.

You're right, I can't make it work. But I'd rather not shove my fingers up my ass. I'd rather use a finger condom. It's safe. :)

Dunno what's wrong with the game, I did what you did and it worked for me.

Perhaps you could try re-downloading the thing if you haven't done that yet, maybe something got fucked during the first download? Long shot, I know, but it might just work.

*Resists urge to feed the troll*

I was gonna say, have you checked that the game works without the addon in the first place? Admittedly, what I know about modding Duke Nukem could be written on a postage stamp in jumbo, bullet point marker, but often I find it's the simplest solution that fixes things - Occams Razor, and whatnot.

Did I mention how you didn't win WWII? and joined in the latter parts when everything was shuffling down, most are to ignorant to realise (with an 's' not a 'z' *that's pronounced Z-E-D*) that Russian won the war and Russia would've hit Berlin forcing the Wehrmacht Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine to come to the aid of die Vaterland, so basically you helped us by giving us shields, thanks!
Must suck being one of the most hated countries in the whole wide world and being as a whole recognised (and as 's' not a 'z' *pronounced Z-E-D*) as being redundant and very very silly?
It must make you feel like an agrophobic paedophile (it's spelt PAEDOPHILE) in a schoolgirls bedroom quaters

enjoy your "freedom" and you lovely fine dining cuisine

Yeah, I actually tried making the game work without EDuke32 numerous times. That was my first objective. After that, I was planning on making it work on Eduke32. I'll try it on another computer later.

Occams Razors doesn't really apply to computer programs, does it?

can you post a screenshot of what your directory looks like? Because I still can't get this stupid shit to work. I want to know if I should just get the retail version, since the layouts may be the main differance.

This is what my directory looks like right now:

And here is my 20th attempt at making this thing work:

And no, the Duke3D.exe file in the main directory "does no supposrt fullscreen".

Yahtzee, I you're seeing this, then fix this please (yeah, I'll pay you if I have to, filling your Jew pockets with money. I'm sure that is your only weakness).

Maybe eduke32 isn't really Vista-proof.
