I do apologise for doing this, but I know many people on these boards use them for help with their projects, so hear goes:

I'd like to build a piece of music/sound built entirely from samples and sounds that other people send me, then release it to the world. More information follows at the link below, and I implore you to get involved, and get anyone else that you know to send stuff as well.

I don't have anything particular in mind right now, but I guess everything that I could get would be protected by copyrights or other such shenanigans - you okay with that?

I think if we keep it on the downlow, we'll be fine...

But saying that, there are plenty of artists on the net who'd happily Let you use their tracks so long as you ask them - 8bitpeoples and whatnot...
