Anyone else read this? I think it was kind of entertaining to see someone else struggling with that game (oh you have no idea how much that "didn't you think ahead and drop the tele receiver down the bottom level for no reason whatsoever? well, you're fucked now, because your retarded character can't just chuck it down the pit from above"-part pissed me off on the last level), but I didn't find it really funny at all. Also it's scary to think that there was a period when Yahtzee actually used emoticons.

I haven't seen it. Maybe I'll make an attempt to locate it if I have any free time.

I enjoyed it, if for nothing more than catching glimpses of YZ's current writing style in his earlier work - plus it worked out nice for me 'cuz I've never played Flashback, so I can now read through it at leisure without having to leave the sofa or download a ROM.

Sorry, I guess I don't check the front page at all anymore due to insane lack of updates.

I did my own Let's Play a while back. I would modestly call it, "Okay, and definitely better towards the end."

I wish he'd gone the scooby doo way instead of the exchanging of letters.

I think Ret's Pray isn't anywhere near as funny as Ret's Ray Raggy!

I personally am into the Youtube 'Let's play' playthroughs...well, just one.
There screen-play-throughs are entertaining nontheless.

I'd recommend Josh's "I Wanna Be the Guy" LP. It's swearalicious.

Some more editing would have been great, I mean, it's not exactly fun watching the little guy get impaled on the same spikes for the umpteenth time and of course hear something along the lines of "CUNTBALLS FUUUUCK!". Of course I understand your feelings about it, this does look like an insanely difficult game.

Understatement of the year. After an hour I still couldn't get past the third screen with the clouds and gave up in despair.

I wouldn't know, I usually don't give a game more than 5 minutes to balance my curiosity/frustration level into a favourable direction.

Trust me David, it's very much worth playing. Especially when you get good enough to do the first few areas and fight Mike Tyson or Birdo or whoever you come across first.
