This is a video I made, where I address what I believe are the wasted characters of Revenge of the Sith.

Everyone, a new version of the review has been posted, using MY voice as an alternative to the synthesizer. Much of the dialogue is also different. Note that my voice will become more audible once the "Problemo Numero Uno" pic comes up. Check it out.

Interesting observations. I think there are a great many wasted characters throughout the prequels. Dooku is entirely unnecessary (same flaw as Qui-Gon), Jar Jar, Boss Nass, etc. There are many characters who are just in one movie (or half a movie like Grievous) and give you just enough time to get to know them before they vanish into obscurity for no apparent reason.

Not true, ChefElf. I'm sure we can look forward to seeing young Qui-Gon, young Jar Jar, young Boss Nass and young Greneral Greivous making cameos in prequel prequels.

Funnily when the BBC were thinking of making a Dr Who spinoff someone suggested a young Dr Who series. It was quickly killed: They figured idea of having a 14-year old Dr Who on Gallifrey inventing sonic screw drivers would kill the magic of the series

There you go: A bunch of government bureaucrats who understand storytelling far better than Mr Money Bags & Plaid shirts ever will.
