I spent a whole 2 and a half minutes looking for that! Then gave in and said MSPaint... I thought he didn't use Photoshop in 5DaS...

I thought he got it way back when he was doing his webcomic, so it's not outside the realms of possibility that he used it for 5 Days.

And Aventurer, I think there are probably specialised forums for sprite art, which would be the best place to look for tutorials. I don't know anything much about it myself, but knowing how to draw is generally an advantage.

Okay, evidently there's been some kind of confusion as to the nature of the Tall Man and John DeFoe, and who was killed by what.

So then, who killed Simone? Well, it wasn't in the hotel and it wasn't July 28th, so it wasn't the Tall Man. It wasn't John DeFoe, either, he wasn't anywhere near the area. I think it was the Order of Blessed Agonies, trying to get Trilby to the hotel and recruit him. For sadists/masochists, they're incredibly optimistic, but that's besides the point.

How did the red man time loop began? Answer, it didn't. It doesn't begin to make any sense, the red man can't have visited Jonathan when the time loop began, because the red man didn't even exist yet. Someone else must have begun the time loop. Except, of course, in Hollywood (and, evidently, freeware games), where time loops are evidently sentient entities capable of starting themselves.

It's a loop. It doesn't have a beginning or an end.

I think people look upon time in too linear a fashion in the Chzo series - Don't forget, the bridge was opened nearly two hundred years before the soul was destroyed.

Regarding who killed Simone... Well, the game tells you it was a large assailant with a large weapon, hinting that somehow it was John DeFoe. Bearing in mind the room was hermetically sealed, I think there's only one man for the job:

The tune in Trilby's Notes being played on the piano...
Why does that sound familiar, and remind me of mario.
Better yet, does anyone know the name of the tune?

It's a harpsichord, not a piano. That's what gives it that awesome eerie feel. And yeah I noticed a familiar sound too. There was another track, from 7 Days I think, which seems very much based off a real life piece that also got used recently in a car advert.

According to the SE, it's called 'HAUNTSICHORD'. Also, the melody line (or at least parts of it), is very similar to the castle music from Super Mario World.

*The welder mini game
*Space stage (does this exsist, or is it a joke?

For fuck's sake, you have to push the RED button first, and only then the green one.

I can't believe people are still getting this wrong. yell.gif

What red and green button? They show me the credits and then the game quits to the desktop. unsure.gif
