I guess I'm a bad troll target, because I get too much enjoyment reading this stuff. I just can't get upset over internet drama, it's much too funny.

In all seriousness though, I smell a mod at work.

So do you guys think everything will return back to normal (or at least as normal as it gets around here) or is this just phase 1 of an ongoing attack? Only time will tell I suppose...

JM: You did put the second t in Kurt(t)s name. It looks like Kurt(t) has been planning this since he joined, given no one spells Kurt with two ts, and it IS an anagram of Troutkreig. Too-chic is apparently a real person who knows Icey, and Kurt(t) and HldMeThrllMe were at least posting from different locations, though it could have been the same person.

As for who's been canning threads, I have no idea, but it's notme. I figure if we didn't even get rid of threads that Hannibal attacked, the FR forums of all places can handle a few threads with some trout interspersed. Looking back, HldMe supposedly admitted to being Yahtzee in a PM to Spann.

Ah, here's the picture.

I'm stepping up to actually watching this place in case this IS just phase 1 of a larger attack. But I shudder to think of how it could be much worse than a Troutkreig.

Ah, 'twas good old Carlos 9 doing damage control. And I can't find anywhere that HldMe actually said he was Kurtt.

Actually, yes.

Have we yet blamed the FBI, society, drugs, violent video games, bush, gore, cheney, Putin, the illuminaughty, chefelf, yahtzee, hitler and 4chan yet?

If not, then I'm afraid it's a little early to blame the CIA.

In more serious news, I'm eager to see this drama unfold about me.
The series of coincidences indicate group planning from multiple sectors.

We potentially are blaming Yahtzee. Why YZ would choose to verify my theory that if anyone is him in disguise, it'd be HldMeThrllMe, I don't know.

It's not entirely impossible, actually: He did say a couple of things that genuinely made me laugh, and those things were most definitely in a style I recognise.

I'unno if that last bit makes sense, but there we go.

I partially agree with Spann, HldMe and too_chic's posts seem exaggerated for hilarious results. Not sure how you can tell if it's Yahtzee as opposed to a random outsider, but you have much more faith in humanity if you choose to see the whole thing as a joke.

The only thing that makes me think that it's YZ is that PM I got.

That and the fact that the last thread I posted that in disappeared, which is a sign of mods at play.

That PM seems a bit too exaggerated Yahtzee.

I would imagine its not impossible for whats-his-face (You know, the one with the name) to read and write in perfect english. Just as it wld be posibl for me 2 red and rite lyk ths!!!!!

It is quite possible that was more trolling.

Bah, I don't think he was Yahtzee at all. He's more clever than that, and I seem to recall occasions in the recent past where Yahtzee didn't take too kindly to this sort of activity.

I'm not saying it's impossible, just that I don't find it likely.

Well, in any case everyone should keep an eye out for any new members acting suspiciously and nip any scheming in the bud, although the drama was very entertaining. And yes, I realize this makes me look like an obvious suspect. Don't worry about me. I wouldn't want to attempt to do what others are so good at.
