Think how I feel. I do tech support. I am going to have to spend 12 hours diagnosing stupidity.

QUOTE (Kyp Durron @ Nov 20 2008, 02:12 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I met Yahtzee at EGames as well, needless to say it must take a certain persona to do the work that he does, it's funny but can only be pulled off by a wanker.

I tried to give him some compliments, but they were just thrown back in my face and he walked off. I happened to mention that his reviews are 'pretty good', hence his latest review of fallout 3 has that odd start.

I'm having difficulty understanding where exactly you think he "dished out" on you in the review. Perhaps you're reading a little too much into him repeating two words that you also happened to use. He thought Fallout wasn't bad and there was little he had to say in the way of criticism, so maybe the joke start was based on that, rather than a personal attack on you and everything you stand for. Just a thought.

We all know the best way to undermine someone is to piss off their fanbase. That will most definitely hurt them. Especially someone as cynical and cold as Yahtzee who hates most of his fans.

I'm quite happy to criticise Yahtzee - he is far from perfect - but for Christ's sake, as long as it's justified.

That's the fucking bartender who cut me off last night! On hindsight, now that I'm sober, I think I should be worried about him telling me to go to hell.

Yahtzee is actually the evil step brother of Jesus and Charlie Brooker's cousin.

Also, he is in fact a very succesful genetic experiment and the clone of John Solomon and Deng Xiaoping.

In his previous life, he was a Persian prince who had the ability to reverse time and do acrobats.

Incidently, why not buy a Zero Punctuation T-shirt?

Because they're overpriced and poorly designed?

No, I'm pretty sure it's because they're utter crap.
