I think it's safe to say that most of us spend a great deal of their time with songs stuck in our heads. Sometimes the experience is enjoyable (That time that the Jeopardy song was playing over top of Paint It Black was pretty epic), but usually it's just annoying. Share the experience, enjoyable or otherwise, and either make us envy your good fortune in mental soundtracks or hope that it goes away!

At the moment...

"SomeWHERE, over the rainbow....way up-"

*bangs head on desk* Make it stop! wacko.gif

Ever since I saw Iron Maiden last week, I keep hearing in my head the chorus for Wasted Years. Since my girlfriend also has a habit of singing the chorus when we're together, it doesn't help me getting rid of it. Well, it's not THAT bad, really. Also, the first few verses of The Trooper...

Just Cows with Guns. I only herd it once but... bad cow pun. NO.
Damn my sister and her music.

And sometimes I have Still Doll by Kanon Wakeshima stuck in my head. It's just fine for the first hour or two, but then it gets on my nerves. And amazingly enough, I know all the words to that song.

The chorus of Operation Mindcrime by Queensryche. It's been stuck in my head for a few months now and it isn't going away. Also, a few verses of Enter Sandman and ...And Justice for All by Metallica.

I always have "The Final Countdown" stuck in my head...

Countdowns aren't that great if you're always hearing them...

The Adams Family theme song. Nevermind that I only know the first two or three lines, it is still there.

Werewolves of London. And not even the whole song. Just the howling and piano part Wikipedia says was stolen from Sweet Home Alabama. >_>

Goddamn Michael Jackson - Beat It just won't go away, it's been in my head since Friday when someone figured it would be an excellent idea to play it on LOOP(!!) at GameStop.

Kill me now.

No. Such is the pain that you have to endure in order to be able to appreciate the smaller beauties in this world.

Hmm... stuck in my head, stuck in my head... let's have a listen... still sounds like my girlfriend's interpretation of The Kook's Naïve. She's infinitely better than Pritchard, too...
