If you believe that your quotes prove something, feel free to say so. I stated that people were being arrested for being Muslims. You asked how many people had been arrested for this in one country, then when that number turned out to be low, you seemed to believe that it vindicated your argument that this was a rare occurence globally (it's not.) I could say that food poisoning occurs often in global restaurants, and then you'd ask how often it happened at the McDonalds down the street from me, and when I answered you'd claim that this low number denied the possibility of a larger problem. It doesn't work that way.

When Clinton was bombing 3 separate Serb states into oblivion, the newspapers were writing about the Serb Orthodox Church in America encouraging violence against the state.

The dehumanization of Serbs lasts even today while the dehumanization of Iraqis lasted until 2003 (though the paranoia still lingers.)

Why are we talking about Serbs or even Iraqis for that matter? How is saying that the agents of a government we're bombing might be plotting against us in any way dehumanizing them? How many Serbian churches are in the US anyhow, and how can they be told apart from the rest of the Eastern Orthodox faith to be made subject to dehumanization?

Of course this is not their fault since their paranoia and fears are a left over mentality of the Cold War (and WW2) when all enemies fit into one category.

Why do you keep harping on this cold war leftovers or cold leftover war crap? How is fear a leftover of the cold war? How can paranoia over Muslim nations who fought the Russians be related to fear of the Soviets? Does America have a large strategic fear reserve I'm not aware of?
