I know I'm double posting, but I can't edit anymore.
PRT:My English teacher gave me an assignment to write about a trip that changed me. Now I'm feeling smug because the rest of the class are math/science geeks who couldn't do creative writing if their lives depended on it. Then I realized that what I was contemplating writing would read like something at least slightly religishish, with elements of fantasy thrown in. What I thought happened may not be considered within the realm of reality.
But I think I'm not going to ask him. I'm going to just write whatever I want to, and if he doesn't like it, he can call my parents with concerns for my mental health himself.

Bah, he wasn't there when you were on vacation. How would he know if those flying truely were or were not there. Also, don't worry too much about a dash of religious overtones, most trips that have an effect you for the rest of your life (not counting missing kidneys) will have a deep spiritual backing.
