Okay i know this may be stupid but i have 2
Duel of the Fates and Across the Stars
Duel of the Fates is the music to the BEST light saber battle in the PT
the vocals are awesome its the only great part of TPM
As for Across the Stars its just such a lovely tune
it starts of soft and slow, very romantic and sweet
its the kind of song i like to fall asleep to
and dream pretty dreams
All sappy stuff aside
John Williams is masterful

Empire Strikes Back - Attack on Hoth and Imperial March.
Original SW Soundtrack I first got on cassette, listened until they wore out, but now couldn't stand to listen to it one more time. And of course these days we have a much bigger choice.
Yes who can forget that electric guitar riff in AOTC?

Nice topic.
I'll have to go with the second CD of the "good" ESB soundtrack. Favorite tracks would be "Imperial Starfleet Deployed/City in the Clouds" and everything after that including the credits.
RotJ gets my vote also for the Imperial March blending into the Emporers theme. And all music associated with Luke, Vader, and Palpatine, especially all the diologue and final battle music.
