And I'm back again-again, after a short absence due to surgery.
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

I'm taking it that everything went okay then? No nasty scars or any such?

I'll have a scar but they put it on a neck crease so after it stops being purple it shouldn't be too noticeable... I hope!

There is nothing wrong with having scars. Sometimes they're even sexy.

... Okay... that really could have come from a serial killer. pinch.gif

Yeah scars are fine, in a non-serial killing kind of way. If they've taken particular care with placement then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

So I'm back to being Slade. My April Fool's Joke failed so miserably that no one even connected my name change with the holiday or even thought it was a joke. I don't know whether that says something bad about me or about all of you... tongue.gif

I kind of thought for a while that it was mighty suspicious you'd change your name into something that weird on April Fools Day. But I scrapped the idea because it was actually a pretty cool name. :P

Hell, I missed it all and had no idea what you were all talking about tongue.gif

I don't know how long it's been since I was last here(and I'm too lazy to look it up), but there's a hell of a lot of catching up to do. I think I'm going to give it a rest for now and try again tomorrow night.

Edit: Also, Ms Poetic, be proud of your scars. I have a rather nice collection of them, and they make interesting talking points.

That's a really good point! I've got a gret scar on my shoulder that peole always ask about if they see it. I now have a myriad of stories as to how this came about due to people's interest, all of them so much more fantastical than the actual cause biggrin.gif

And welcome back Sime!

Personally, I'm fond of knife fights or shark wrestling.
