Ive recently taken interest in the "Forgotten Realms" series of books. Im currently reading "The Night Parade", and was wondering if anyone else has read any of these books as well, and could recommend any favorites from this line of books?

the entire Drizzt series by Salvatore of course is a given. but even better still is the Avatar trilogy and its two follow ups, which deal extensively with the FR deities and their squabbles. the Elminster novels descend into shit after Elminster in Myth Drannor though.
