http://atomfilms.sho...ent/battle_hoth This is such a well-done film, I still can't get over it. It's 13 minutes but well worth it. It's a serious take-off of those history channel documentaries, done about the Battle of Hoth, and it's fabulous. Just thought I'd share it with you guys if you haven't seen it already.

Oh come on. I mean, it's not funny, but it's so incredibly well-done, and everything, from the music, to the way they quote certain people, to the analysts, to the narrator, to the camerawork and cinematography perfectly matched the documentaries of the History Channel. Even if you found it boring, at least tell me that you appreciated it.

What are you talking about, Jordan? It was a very well-made piece of film. It wasn't meant to be funny - and it fact, the serious perspective it takes makes it very interesting...

Watching that made me wonder what Star Wars would be like if it was made to be a little more realistic about the seriousness of war and its consequences. Had it been made more serious, like Lord of the Rings for example, how would Star Wars have turned out?

And, come on... the film was only thirteen minutes long.

"How did you so big, making comments of that kind?"

well, that was nice. an after affect of Ken Burns documentarys is a noble, better-than-you attitude. but you've seen it, so, you know what I mean.

I'm thankful for the link, and it was done out of good nature and I recognize that. I really hate those docutmentry types. I find them all boring. I did not been to be rude, but I guess it came off as rude. Sorry.

Ah, that's okay. If something is not really your type of film, then it's unlikely you'll enjoy it - regardless of how well it's done.
