Great to see that you're back online, Yahtzee. I've noticed that you've been referencing Chris Livingstone a lot in your recent temping articles. Just wondering, does anybody know what happened to him? I know he started woking on www.everythingonce.com, but that seemed to disappear awhile ago.

No one knows for sure. I emailed with him a few months back. I know he's living in Sacramento with his girlfriend. I'm not sure why everythingonce.com has gone bye bye. I hope he comes back soon.

He posted a brief update on www.notmydesk.com a while ago, so he's definitely not dead.

As for the demise of E.once, he gave the following "explanation" on Spinnwebe:

Announcement: EO is gone on purpose. Lore was hosting me, and since the site is dead it made sense to take it down to free up some of his space.

Announcement that probably should have been made earlier: EO is dead.

Announcement that probably doesn't need to be made at this point, but hey, why not: I'm not. Dead, that is.

I guess I'll be making a more formal announcement and a few explanations at notmydesk.com one of these days.

Well I'll be damned. No sooner does somebody mention NMD, which has been gathering dust for so long as to be more atmospheric residue than actual website, than Chris gets off his lazy arse and starts writing again, in two places, no less.
