hey my name is julian and i just discovered zero punctuation and yahtzee.

he is funny.

I like how he talks really fast and makes fun of video games.

although i do notice he makes fun of tim buckley and his CAD comics and i don't thinks thats fair, because i know how hard critics can be as i myself am a long time poet and new time web comic maker, but that part is out of my control.

anyways yahtzee rocks my socks. and i will enjoy discussing him with you guys!

So why is it unfair to criticise that which is shite? It may compel the artist to improve (not in this particular case, of course, since Buckley blocks out all forms of constructive criticism). But that aside, you do the thing, you put it on the internet, it's people's inalienable right to tear it to shreds after that point, which is one of the reasons I rarely ever make any of my art (pfft) public.

Anyway, welcome to FullyRamblomatic, start punctuating your sentences and we won't hate you. wink.gif

Yeah I agree with you on the whole artist improving thing. And yes yes, very much yes I am a HUGE ZP fan.

I sometimes wish I could fly yahtzee here a put him up in a hotel room for a year so he won't be affected by game delays in australia.

I can see room for improvement in you.

But, for God's sake, make things more visible on your myspace page.

As another new member I hearby hijack this thread to make it into some kind of new-person introduction thread, mabye.

Anyway, my name is Dynamus (as far as you will ever know), I've been watching ZP for a while now and finnaly decided to make a forum account.

I generally spend my time playing Team Fortress 2 and Dawn of War: Soulstorm (In a dramatic plot twist, my username for both is "Dynamus"), as well as complaining about when a PAL release date is going to be announced for Super Smash Bros Brawl.

So, yeah, hi.....and stuff.

There is no LOL, there is only LULZ.
"I felt insulted until I realized that the people trying to mock me were the same intellectual titans who claimed that people would be thrown out of skyscrapers and feudalism would be re-institutionalized if service cartels don't keep getting political favors and regulations are cut down to only a few thousand pages worth, that being able to take a walk in the park is worth driving your nation's economy into the ground, that sexual orientation is a choice that can be changed at a whim, that problems caused by having institutions can be solved by introducing more institutions or strengthening the existing ones that are causing the problems, and many more profound pearls of wisdom. I no longer feel insulted because I now feel grateful for being alive and witnessing such deep conclusions from my fellows."
-Jimmy McTavern, 1938.

One of you two is lying, I'm certain. I'm just having trouble figuring out who exactly.
