To my mind this one portrays a singing mexican wearing a sombrero over his eyes. Creepy.

DreamerM, I notice alot of you're work is done in manga bullshit... wait, i mean, manga style, but I noticed that some of you're stuff is not, like the forementioned drawing of Yahtzee.

I'm just wondering how you find switching between the two styles, I try to be proficient at both, for kick arse crossover purposes, but switching streight up usually leads to inconsistancys.

You seem to prefere the manga style, where as I prefere a more western comic book style (Steve Dillon is my God), Just wondering how you find switching between the two.

I think Western Comic style has it's strengths, as does Manga... Western does great action. I like manga because manga designs are tailor-made for conveying strong emotion as clearly as possible, without turning into the gross monstrosities that Western Style comics can.

I think a good artist should be able to draw anything. Comic, Manga, Photorealistic, environmental... whatever they want to. I've got a long way to go.

You see I'm the opposite, I find manga too clear cut, too sraightforward, I prefere all the subtle intricacies that allow a slighly different expression to be able to convay a completely different emotion.

But more power to different strokes right?

That’s actually awesome I also love the JD style inner monologue you have going on there. laugh.gif

EDIT: Do I also detect a subtle comic plug?
