In reality, Tim Buckley does not have the sense of responsibility to take care of a child. He made a mistake by adding a bit too much about his personal beliefs and understandings onto paper. If you do that as an artist, you must have a general knowing of what can be stupid and what can be intelligent.

I dub this a lame attempt to create drama and thus attention and possibly readers. The difference between this attempt and Yahtzee's is that Yahtzee already has plenty of viewers. Also, didn't Yahtzee say something like this would happen?

I guess that is what he wanted to happen.

By the way, I've always found this LOLVIOLENCE I-kick-your-balls-in-my-comic retort hilarious.

I think this is officially the shortest amount of time between lurking and joining in the history of ever...as in, about 20 mins. I usually never join forums because so many rabidly obsessive morons reside there (see CAD and any tv.com page). It makes sense that Yahtzee would attract something better than a fanbase full of obsessive rabid morons.

Anyhow, as far as this subject goes, I used to enjoy CAD on occasion (when it didn't suck massive amounts of suck), but after seeing the Jackie picture I can't ever set cursor there/think about it/hear about it ever again. That picture will forever haunt my nightmares. Thanks for that. sick.gif

Oh, I'm aware that there will be morons. This IS the internet. I'm just glad there seem to be less.

I'm pretty sure he's a fan of Yahtzee and this is just a joke.
But if you think it's something else then I won't argue your personal opinion.

Who knows, it could go either way and honestly I care more about investigating my dog's fecal matter.

Y, hi ther.

Why not read a book? I've already finished Sun Tzu's Art of War for the third time and I'm writing down my analysis on my favorite lines. Also started on some Psychology books as well.

Yeah, I'm having fun. You should too.

Ah Game Over, I read. I had to cut down on television so I could. Wheel of Time series, right now.

From that same page the creator appears to have written this;
QUOTE
We're a humor strip. This was a joke. A parody of a parody, in fact. If you don't get the joke, you don't get the joke. But c'mon, Internet... Don't get your panties in a twist over one li'l strip in one li'l webcomic among hundreds. We aren't 'attacking' anybody. We're just poking a bit of fun at you, Internet. AND ourselves. And the wonderful absurdity that we actually have to have a disclaimer on a humor-comic because we apparently run the danger of being taken way too seriously way too quickly.

We're a humor strip and we want to make you laugh. Don't go looking for any real drama, here. You won't find any except the kind you create yourself.

And for the record, I like Yahtzee's Zero Punctuation reviews. I especially loved the gaming-webcomic video review... Because it was SO true and SO close-to-home for me.

I like babies, too.

There we go. I feel that there's some poking at Yahtzee with the whole 'real drama' comment, though it could be because they've copped some flak.. I wonder if the creator surfs this part of the web. Wouldn't that be interesting.

I think those words are in the wrong order there.
