While the idea might be cute, I can't seem to figure out how a candle would be a cool picture on a person's body. Especially when unlit. Any ideas?

If you do get it done I hope to see pictures!

Now that's genius Civ! Can't believe people let this one slide devil.gif

I also have an issue with something that I couldn't change, although there is a fair bet if I went with something Superman related I'd end up happy with the result down the track.

Just, for heaven's sake, be careful.

Ha! Haha! Hahahahahahaaaaaaa! I love it.

But no! I would not be going there, well at least not in black. I mean the symbol does actually have colour for christ's sake! If you're gonna do that you might as well ink your whole torso blue and get it right!

Once again, I'm bumping this thread, since now Henry graces my ankle. I'd take photos, but I can't quite reach it, and the whites not come through very well. It does look awesome though.

Just a shame no one can see it really.

We all get bamboo tattoos 'round these parts. It hurts a bit but there's no blood.

Below is a little promo I made for my friend a while back.

It looks a little shitty but it was shot and edited in about 3 hours.

On the video it pretty much looks like dabbing on ink - is it temporary? It it's permanent, how does it work?

Sharpened bamboo, I think. Should work fine to get the ink under the skin.

Man, I should have become a tattoo artist. I'd only run from town to town while tattooing "Gobbler wuz here!" on passed out people's backs. And it would look exceptionally horrible if I tried to do it with one of those long bamboo sticks.

Supersonic micro-movements of the bamboo stick creates enough friction to cauterize any wound right away?

I dunno, maybe they just poke a layer of the epidermis where there are no capillaries or something...

Pretty much spot on. They almost break the skin but not quite. It is permanent, i have 3 tats that are still there.
