Some of you may remember me as amber0o0o0nicole. Well I am working on a political project of sorts, and trying to scrounge up as many people as possible, so if you all wouldn't mind, a moment of your time would be quite helpful to me. I need everyone to go to www.waltonsun.com and cast a vote in the lower right hand corner for MICHAEL ADKISON. This is a local politics thing. This poll is going to go into the news paper, and be treated with a connotation that it has real validity. I would like to skew the votes in favor of Adkison as much as possible to raise a few eyebrows and surprise some people, as well as prove how unreliable internet polling really is. If I can have my friend over in China cast a vote for a local election in a tiny Florida town, it's not really a great litmus test for who the public is interested in.

There's also a personal stake in this. It would be in my family's best interest to get the good publicity for Mr. Adkison. I am about to undergo major back surgery, which is going to be a financial drain on us. If adkison gets in, he is going to hire my dad on as a computer tech with quite a nice yearly salary. And it's not an underhanded 'good ole boys' code thing either. My father owns the most successful computer repair shop in town, and he is highly qualified for the job. As far as Mike goes, he was a Ron Paul supporter, and pretty much believes in getting back to the constitution and getting away from invading people's privacy and such. He's a good man, and it would help us alot.

Thank you for your time, of course! I love you all. Maybe I'll start coming back around. You just know how life buries you every once in awhile. I've kept close contact with Slade, but other than that, I've been buried under work, college, and now some quite serious medical problems. That's life for you.

Thanks a ton, it's super appreciated. Nice to see you again. =) As I probably mentioned back in the day, I have scoliosis. Well it is quite severe, and I suppose recently I hit a minor growth spurt or something, and really screwed myself over. The pain is so bad I am on 3 different prescription meds. I have also been having numbness in my legs and have been losing control of them and sometimes can't walk. I am staying with my parents temporarily. My doctor couldn't find a pulse in my left foot/ankle a few weeks ago, so he sent me off for a circulation test, and it turns out something is obstructing my circulation just on the left side of my body. I had one consult with a surgeon, and he had me do am MRI last Monday. This Wednesday is my next meeting with him, and I am desperately hoping we can at last talk surgery. They'll probably end up putting harrington rods in me. Some bone fusing, some long metal rods, hold in with screws and bolts and such. I just wanna be fixed, ya know? Can't get to work and school most of the time. Feeling rather helpless. I'm just hoping it's all over soon.

But uh, that was rather bleak. How's the chefelf crew doing?

I have scoliosis too, but it's not overly severe. It just affects my posture, and my ability to do anything physical for extended periods of time.

Aw man. Now I wish I had scoliosis like all the cool people do. (I'm reminded of the Scoliosis Fairy from Lick my Jesus, not that I can expect anyone to know what I'm talking about.)

Mike Adkison... Why does that name sound familiar?

So this baby, while still inside its mother, murdered his twin brother and STOLE HIS PENIS.

That is one badass baby.

This one is fine, this is the alias I use now. But you all can still find me on yahoo and AIM as amber0o0o0nicole, and myspace at www.myspace.com/amber0o0o0nicole.

Ninja Duck, you probably know him just from living in Defuniak. He's always been in and out of politics. He's a pretty big client for my dad. I actually think he may be Haily Adkison's dad? I'll have to check on that one.

Scoliosis is lame. Be glad you don't have it. My back is ALWAYS in pain. And right now I am waiting on faxes from doctors so I can go plead my case out to the college to drop one of my courses for medical reasons. And I am floundering in my other classes. I also rarely make it into work anymore. This whole thing has really put my life on hold. And it doesn't make much sense, either, how something that was causing a little pain but was dealable degenerated in as little as six months into what it is now. Even stranger, the biggest curve I have is up near my ribcage, though my spine is also twisting around in like a spiral shape, yet the most pain I have is in my lower back, in my hips and in between them. I will be so happy once the doctor can look at me and tell me some sort of logical cause for what the hell is wrong with my body, and how we can fix it.

Dude, I totally thought you were someone else that I graduated high school with when you IM'ed me. So that's why I was so confused as to why you were drinking at 4 in the afternoon and then even more confused when you said you were in the UK or something. Sorry about that. =P

If anyone hasn't voted, PLEASE take a moment of your time to do so. And thank you to all who have. My efforts have taken him from 17 votes last night to 138 votes. Dennis Wise, the ignorant jackass guy whom I really don't like, has been doing ballot stuffinf himself, but he just can't seem to keep up with me. Aren't I popular internet social butterfly? We are at 49% right now, my goal is to push Adkison over 50% and keep him there. Please help! =)

He's cracked 51% now. Sorry to hear about your back, I have minor scoliosis, but like Heccubus it just affects my posture and ability to do heavy manual labour. My heart is my bigger problem these days. Good luck with the doctors.

Your heart? Aren't you fairly young? What's wrong, dear?

My dad has very minor scoliosis as well. Guess that's where I get it from. I was just unlucky. You know, only 2% of the female population gets scoliosis as severely as mine? How unlucky am I, eh? And women get it more often than guys.

Thanks for the votes, this will be great publicity for Mr. Adkison.
