Where is everyone gone? Did we all find lives outside the internet or something? biggrin.gif

What a thought... a life OUTSIDE the internet...
Anyway i'm still here, making unwanted one-word posts. Do they count?

I just got back from my school's spring band trip to Dallas yesterday – a day of giant roller coasters at Six Flags and a night at Medieval Times (which I have now decided is the coolest place in the entire world)!

Seriously, you guys have to check this place out. It's absolutely incredible!

(Edit/Note: I bought a jester hat while I was there. And I refuse to take it off. For it is of the nifty, and muchly I do love it so.)

I too love the knights and their ladies. The peasants or villeins weren't all that desirable poor things.
I love HenryV and all the speeches and battles etc. But they would have been very dirty and smelly, and don't forget there was no plumbing.

Remember the old rhyme..

In days of old
When knights were bold,
And lavatories weren't invented.
They dumped their load
In the middle of the road
And walked away contented.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and hazard that it's some kind of excursion for bands that occurs in Spring.
As I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I realised that it could do with a lick of paint.

I'm turning eighteen on June fifth. Don't worry about that last bit, I was just feeling unusually silly.

I do love that hat, though.

The band at my high school (and most others in the country I'm guessing) gets to go on a big trip every spring (I'm not sure why exactly, but to be honest I really don't care). Usually they're to big tourist-y places like Six Flags or Disneyworld and the like, with a few other cool places thrown in, and can span from a few days to a whole week I think. I've only gone on two though, which have been pretty much the same (with the exception of the fact that I didn't get a third degree sunburn and sunstroke this year), but I've heard things of bigger, more impressive trips in years past.

On a note completly unrelated to extremly saavy theme parks I'll probably never visit in my life, has anyone seen Mist lately?

Erum. Sorry. Haven't been around much, apparently. I...uhm...kind of did find a life outside the internet =O. Remind me to tell you about it sometime (although Rhubarb seems to have a life too). I've been meaning to come here, and I did a couple times, but both times, the site died after I got here and wouldn't respond.

Awww. You do like me. happy.gif You noticed I hadn't been here, although it would be kind of hard to miss the spam.

I'm comfortably numb.
