While I agree most presidents are just extentions of their corporate cronies, I disagree that the constitution should be changed simply for the sake of making change. This word has been a rallying cry for our healthcare, direction in war, and the sinking dollar. The things we're doing now don't work, so obviously we need to change something.
Democracy hasn't over stayed it's visit with Americans. At most, the oldest man in America has lived with democracy for about 100 odd years. I've been living with it for less. I've never once thought "i need less say in my system".

And I highly doubt 'change' is what they love. Change is a buzzword used by Obama and now adopted by you. The working class who endured and out-lived communist or facist regiemes usually understand that democracy is less violent and less controlling.
