Saw it this weekend. Wonderful fun all around. All the characters seemed original although Alan Rickman was a tiny bit Snapish in his pronunciation at times. But Ill take Alan Rickman whenever I can get him. I actually just saw Prince of Thieves today on video and I couldnt help but cheer for him. Then again youd be crazy to choose the latter when you have Snape VS The Guy From WaterWorld.

Also the guy who played Wormtail is in it.

Timothy Spall is in everything.

from The Last Samurai and Vanilla Sky to Harry Potter and Red Dwarf.

I also recomend Getting Square.

Reminds me a bit of Jonathan Rhys Davies. I only just noticed him in some older movies, such as Indiana Jones. He also played in a horrid film called Coronado more recently. Sadly that was after LOTR so all I could think was that Gimli had taken the ring and become dictator of some lame South American country.

Don't forget the better seasons of Sliders! He kicked ass in them, until they killed his character, and turned Quinn into a jock. pinch.gif

But yeah, I'd choose Alan Rickman over Kevin Costner every day of the week, too. Morgan Freeman and Sean Connery were also in that movie. Wewt.

And every now and then I'll start grimacing and singing about how London is a big black pit. tongue.gif (No offense to the lower parts of the real London, of course. I've not been there so I can't judge.)
