Rifftrax now has the MST3K treatment for the SWHS. They suggest you search google video for their 2 hour synched track (with commercials). I've not seen it or heard it, but I did find a funny SWHS in 5 minutes which ought to be required viewing for anyone who still thinks SW is somehow sanctified.

I saw this email too! I need a Rifftrax account so I can check this one out! Though I'm not sure I could sit through the Holiday Special one more time. I had to watch it plenty too many times for my review.

Well, I do hope you can catch the "5-minute" version. It has all of the best moments, and there's still plenty of time to fill.

Incidentally, I saw those early Biggs scenes (and others) thanks to the search. Some chap did a nice job of stitching them together (and borrowing from the score, which was a boost).

I just watched the RT treatment of the SWHS. I laughed out loud at least 20 times, but maybe I was giddy. And it took 4 sittings.
But it was good to see that hungry jack commercial again.

Of course, I found Chef's sendup pretty funny too, and it didn't take 2 hours.
