I was going to comment on this myself, but didn't bother. It really is one of the things that I hate most. Ok, so if you send a message or write a letter and it's a bit formal, maybe, but you treat a forum like a conversation, not like a bloody professional correspondence! And people who do it without punctuation or variation are worse. I mean something like this is ridiculous:

i like the themes its well good ghost

or

ring sony the worst thing can happen is that u have to buy a new one. sony should replace. good luck ghost

I mean I actually had to figure out who was talking to who there! At least here, people are consistently annoying. People who do it in random posts are much worse, like schizophrenics.

I feel a little better now. I'm off to slaughter some disabled people because they're not right. They'll thank me or it later.

I sign my posts simply because I'm used to it. Have signed every single post of mine since 98 or somethin' like that.
