Hallowe'en is the sort of holiday where just about anything that fits the mood can work, rather than movies made just for the holiday. That said:

The Exorcist
Romero's "Dead" movies (Night, Dawn, Day, Land)
Evil Dead trilogy
Hallowe'en
Friday The 13th
A Nightmare On Elm Street
Dead Alive
The Thing
The Changeling
Sleepy Hollow
The Amityville Horror
The Omen
Wild Zero

All of those are the originals, where it's necessary to note. I don't do remakes. I also enjoy watching The Nightmare Before Christmas, but I watch that pretty much on a monthly basis year-round, so it doesn't really count.
I remember a few years back, Spike TV used to do Friday The 13th marathons all of Hallowe'en day, but I don't think they still do it. Those were pretty great. Just sitting down in the morning and watching the whole series start to finish.

Am I the only one who watches It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown?

I watch nothing else to prepare for the holiday.

ACK! I forgot all about that one! Nothing says "holiday spirit" like crudely animated shorts about egg-headed children with vaguely Christian themes. tongue.gif

I really do enjoy the Charlie Brown holiday specials though. I guess it has to do with being such a huge Peanuts fan as a child. And I get a kick out of hearing ol' Chuck say "Good grief!"

Another good one to watch at Halloween - The Crow (1994), starring the late Brandon Lee, God rest his soul.
I am the Fisher King.

I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an obi-wan to go.

This is true.
I also forgot to add what may be the ultimate in Hallowe'en cinema:
"Ernest Scared Stupid".
This is the paramount of October film. biggrin.gif
