So, did anyone here watch the pilot for this? I saw it, pretty decent. I think I may watch more.

Se'll be better, faster, stronger, etc.? Meh. Whatever. I think I may have seen a preview for this and shrugged it off as another pathetic sequel attempt by the talentless hacks running the culture industry.

Thank you.

Slade - I believe this new Bionic Woman is a remake, not a sequel.

Remake / Sequel
Requel
Recoil?

I'm feeling a bit deepsycher.

I know I saw a preview or two for this. The premise sounds kind of bleh. Cybernetic woman dealing with real world problems, and fighting crime? If you're gonna feed me over the top crap, I want a deluge that makes me at least chuckle. I guess I'm sick of melodrama.

I saw it... it was okay
they kinda just dove
right into the Bionic part, which is fine
NBC is probably hoping the show will last long enough
to reval all the pilot episodes questions
Im gonna keep watching until i see something ridiculous

Why the bionic woman?

A remake of a spin off just seems wierd.

They could always turn Mork and Mindy into a hard boiled melodrama. There's your spin off remake of the millenium.

Speaking of remaking a spin-off, if BW evolves into a monster hit, will it spawn a spin-off-come-remake of the 6 Million Dollar Man?

So, how does everyone feel about Isaiah Washington being on BW after that nasty TR Knight/derogatory gay word = firing from Grey's Anatomy fiasco?

This show's getting cancelled. You heard it here first.

We don`t really need another spin off
I mean spin offs are just as bad as sequels
For the re ord i don`t watch Private Pactice
because i think its stupid to give her her own show. dry.gif

What, would we give Michael Rosebaum his own show
because Lex Luthor eventually becomes Prez.
NO we let what works run its course

As for the situation. . .
All i have to say is shame on all of them there on Greys Anatomy
Katherine Hiegel should have never said anything about the fight
and neither should Isaiah it was a horrible, inappropiate thing to say.
It seems like they all jump on the We-hate-Isaiah train.

Easily, they let that thing get way outta hand
I mean for goodness sakes ABC mad the poor guy
go to rehab for his Homosexual issues.

FOR WHAT! they still fired him
Was it all to make an example of him
I dunno but i really wanna here it from
TR Knight before i pass judgement

Im not so sure about that it might make
it through the first season before any real word of cancellation.

Just ask the people who worked on "AfterM*A*S*H".

Never watched "Grey's Anatomy", actually, so I don't have much incentive to watch "Private Practice".

Someone should have told that to the people who gave us "Joey".

Yeah, it got pretty nasty there.

Sometimes a show needs to get through a rocky first season to get to a second season that sees them become a huge hit. Case in point: M*A*S*H (1972-1983). I hope BW sticks around; I do like me some Michelle Ryan. devil.gif
