Having created a demand for hospitals, I have newer, better hospitals built in Porchesia. The wounded have no choice but to go to them for help. Meanwhile, I order the army to invade a small part of Porchesia, set up a base, and kill stuff.

The leaders are convinced by your sincerity and proper manners and have decided to cease and desist. The envois are rejected by the Porchesian government. The agents you send into Transton are caught and taken to a warlord by the name of Abumahu. Then they are tortured and flawed alive.
Ninja Duck
The people of Porchesia reject your benevolence as they believe it to be some kind of trick. Your army on the other hand manages to capture several supply outposts with minimal casualties.

<Also, the leaders were trying to impress me, but what the hey, no biggie>
Outraged by the horrifying butchery of the agents, the government starts a propaganda campaign against Transton, and in particular the warlord Abumahu, declaring that he only uses 56 types of cutlery for dinner, and when walking with ladies he makes them walk on the road side of the pavement! Oh yeah, and he flayed alive a number of our citizens.
While this is being done, three assasains should secretly be dispatched to kill Abumahu, and another six trained just in case. Their only orders: kill him by any means nessersary, bring back pictures, leave a top hat behind to show them who did this.
A war effort should then be prepared, as much industry as possible turned to weapons, with preporations for a small volume of conscription if the assasination fails (moving my Paid Army rating to 5)

My orders to the troops on the invasion of Porchesia are simple: kill or torture and execute anyone who shows even the slighiest resistance to our invasion and occupation. This includes not cheering loud enough when my name is spoken, or image is seen.
Instead of invading, I have agents working in Horothesia fund a Horothesian rebel leader who is known to be a Western-Northaphile.
I offer a miltary alliance to Chyld, and suggest that together we may better butcher our enemies together.
I also start develop a Nuclear Weapons program to help defend my nation.

I accept the good doctors alliance offer, and have myh big-eared second in command spend half his time hanging on the Doctors coat-tails. I meanwhile carry on doing what I posted earlier.
