So, tonight I'm trying to pull an all-nighter, but I have the misfortune of not having a reason to, and therefore probably won't make it. Some would say it's too late to ask for help as the only people who are here to help me now are Bond and Yahtzee. This is true. So I've created this thread to help myself and others like me try and stay up all night long in the future.

Tips, ideas, and humorous anecdotes concerning the all nighter are welcome.

I never had an all nighter but some events I only got three hours of sleep.

I could do an all nighter if it was necessary. Instead I like to stay up all night and sleep in the day. Therefore I am slightly nocturnal.

When TheOrator started this thread, he was already into his all-nighter quite a bit - it was after 3am, his time.

I recommend having something to actually do, and caffinated beverages work well for keeping other people up, but usually not so much for me.

Bond: An all-nighter from Sunday-Monday? Are you insane, sir?

If you have no reason to, why would you? It's really not good for you to go that long without sleep.
If you don't have anything important to do that's keeping you up that long, don't stay up that long.
