I just cant seem to find one of these that isnt bundled with a gillion games I don't want. I figure since the 360 is out the old one will be cheep, like 40 bucks maybe. Anyone know where I can find one? I've got to get my KOTOR fix, and maybe Mech Assault 2, and BG Dark Alliance is calling my name as well..

I just bought mine as of January of this year, and already have a healthy collection of about 20 games or so.

I got mine from GameStop, which is one of the better places to buy one, as they give a 30 day warranty/refund.

The price you are wanting,.$40.00,..is attainable,.but at that low price,.the quality would be questionable.

You may be able to find it that low at a pawn shop, and/or Ebay. But like I said, the lower the price, the more questionable the quality of the machine, and the source will be.

Try used video game shops that have some kind of warranty so you can make sure it works and take it back if it doesn't. I've never seen an Xbox for $40 that was in good condition, though. They're cheaper than they were but not quite dirt cheap yet, as they're still a popular console for those of us that can't afford the newer consoles, and even those that can. I wouldn't suggest spending that much money on eBay unless they very clearly state their refund policy in case it's a scam.

so, Im curious. have you bought your used xbox yet? if so, from what source and what price did you end up paying? also, what kind of condition was your xbox in?

Peter Brady was by far the ugliest Brady kid on the "Brady Bunch". I mean, they were all pretty ugly, and the fact that the Brady dad wanted to always take the boys out on overnight camping trips just a tad bit too often, gave me the creeps.
