Let's see...belated, as in "late" or "delayed"...and caps, meaning caps lock, which is used to accentuate the importance of something or draw attention.

Almost, but I don't use caps lock. Shift is the only way to go, in my opinion. Now you've defined each one individually, but what does the phrase 'belated caps' mean? Does it mean that you're typing a phrase belatedly in caps, or does it mean that you're using caps belatedly (eg "hEllo mY nAme iS", etc), or does it mean that you're belated in regards to something and you're typing about that event in caps? There are so many options!

Glad to hear you're getting "nice" attention. I would've assumed you were used to that though. Erh... Unless you tazer/pulp with a shovel a lot of people in real life.

I don't believe in common sense, but I'm exposed to it every day. I refuse to bend to it, tho....
I've already promised No Hugs At All as a birthday present, I'm too skint to offer anything else...
