Whichever ones are the most fun. So none of them at the moment. I used to play SW Galaxies, but then the holicron system totally ruined the game.

I completely pass on the MMOs. They're boring, repetitive grindfests where you're either watching your character hit things, or you're pressing lots of buttons to make him/her just cast a lot of spells. There's not enough participation. "Oh, I'll just press the fight button and go make a sandwich. This monster should be dead by the time I get back."

I don't like them because the majority of people that I have to deal with on them are stupid and annoying. pinch.gif

Maybe you should try to play the game that free to play.
There’s a lot of MMORPG that has good graphics and nice to play.
It’s FREE to play for ever. Wydglobal is one of the greatest games I played.

I don't see any interest in MMO's. I'd much prefer to play a single player game with a good story. Give me Planescape: Torment or Knights of the Old Republic any day. If I want social interaction I do it in real life, not in some grindfest of a "game".

I was seriously addicted to WoW for the better part of last year and I have no regrets for finally deleting the goddamn thing. It really fucks up one's life if they're not careful, I do not intend to make this mistake again.

Gah, I know people that give up going to class and bathing so they can play that stupid game. And I agree with Sime. If I want to interact with people, I'll actually interact with them. Especially since real life people are so much more interesting and less annoying than the people one finds in a MMO (usually).

Well.. It’s up to you guys. I do respect your opinion about this matter.
But there’s still MMO’s players that good friend in game and in real life.
I met some of my friends because of Online Games. Not just in my country but also globally.

Oh, I don't discount the possibility of meeting friends in online games. But in my (admittedly limited) experience, it doesn't tend to occur.

I've played both groups, and I'll have to say that the MMOs you pay for are a lot better than the ones that're free. You run into a LOT of stupid people, beggars and whatever in the free ones, and not really any in the pay-to-play ones.

I could never get into WoW, though. The player base weren't very smart, the gameplay wasn't too challenging... but hey, what do I know? I only played that 10 day free trial. I played FFXI for a few years, and that game was really good. You always had to work with a team, and yeah some of them were retards, but the majority were really interesting... it just took way too long to get anywhere.

...Right now, though, I wouldn't be caught dead playing those games. They take way too long to do anything! I'll stick with my DS now, thanks. smile.gif

And online friends? They aren't really friends until you've met them in person, or at least spoke with them on the phone. smile.gif

Okay, okay. I edit myself.

And online friends? They aren't really friends until you've met them in person, or at least spoke with them either on the phone, or their 'mainstream' IM, or their MySpace. tongue.gif lol
