I drink 1%. Does the trick for me. I don't really notice the differences between 1% and 2% milk though. They both taste the same to me.

I mostly drink rice/soy milk. I hope that's not too frowned upon in these parts.

Milk makes me sick. Sorry, Jon. It's nothing personal. The lactose makes my belly go :yuck: .

Have you ever had Skim Chocolate milk? Mmm...

All chocolate, hardly any fat-taste in the milk!!

The fat is what makes chocolate milk kick ass. Without fat chocolate milk would not be as delicious. I can't see skim chocolate milk working. EVER.

I can. I've always been a 1% person myself, but forced to choose between whole (which makes my tummy sad) and skim at college, I've been developing a fondness for skim. I used to take skim with a spritz of whole, but the spritzes became smaller and smaller until I realized that skim embodies everything I like about milk--the cool, clean taste, the wholesome goodness--without the stomach-upsetting fat. Skim milk doesn't fill you up and never lets you down.

I've never had skim chocolate milk but I bet it's DELICIOUS.

Anything less than whole milk makes cereal taste of water.
Any milk less than whole is water.

Seconded!

...I suppose that makes it a little more said, but it's a good thing! Really it is.

People who drink skim milk scare me. Everyone who drinks it is always a bit off.

For cooking and cereal and cookie dipping and chocolate milk I prefer whole. For drinking I prefer half and half creamer. It's true.

Let's bust out the seal milk!

Whole is best on cereals, especially raisin bran.

I have to profess a fondness for the compromise that is 2% milk for straight drinking...But let's face it, when it gomes down to it and I have to have my buzz, any milk'll do...I just ask that it be bovine, or, if I am an infant, my mothers.

Whole milk is better for cooking and it tastes better. I shall always support whole milk. I mean, come on it's WHOLE. Why would you want only 2% of your milk?
