Why has NOBODY discussed this mod? I demand some kind of discussion! And a couple of questions for Yahtzee:

- How's the progress on the game going so far, if you know?

- Will this game include physics puzzles?

- Can we use the models and maps in Garry's Mod?

And... I think that's it. How much will 5 Days benefit from the Source engine? And... Screw it, just discuss the mod already.

How did you know about this mod? Have you seen/readed something about it in any site you could tell us about?

Looks like Yahtzee's been doing a lot of secret about the mod, so we have to get the gossip from outside.

Theres not been much work on it yet as far a I know, that explains why so little is known, all the old banter you can get from the thread I linked to, Don't now If theres any new Information about yet.

To be honest, I merely found out from the Chzo Mythos Wiki article. I tried searching for a BIT more info, but there's a tight grip on that, surprisingly.

Well, lots of things can be done with the Source Engine. I have pretty high hopes. Shame we're not getting anything beyond a couple of screens of the manor.

I really can't force myself to get excited about the multimedia of an upcoming game. Oooh, look at those textures and models, I've pissed myself with amazement. Why can't you just bloody wait until they're in the goddamn game?

As for the mod itself the only point to it is if it is bloody scary.

... Dude, we've barely seen ANYTHING. Granted, Yahtzee LOVES keeping us in the dark about this stuff... But personally, I want to see something more. This is a remake of a game we all know and love, it can't hurt to put up a few screenshots, or maybe even a trailer.

There was a thread a while ago (not in this forum) that had some screenshots. It was DeFoe Manor. It looked cool. So what? Who cares? Wait for the goddamn game!

Yes, a couple of pics of the Manor is nice, but that still counts as 'barely anything'. Some people just want... More. Stop complaining about what we want to see before the game comes out, and let us crave for more.

Well, there's just a few screenshot from a game we've already played from a different perspective, a game we know the story in details and all the big lines. We've also no idea if the project will ever be completed. We discussed the engine, if Yahtz was involved, and where it could be improved and that's it. Nothing much to discuss.

It's very different from when Yahtzee updates FR with just a screenshot and no explaination and we're left to throw wild hypothesis and wonder:

What game is that?
How will it work?
What will be the game mechanic?
Is it a sequel?
Who will be in it?
Where will it take place?
What will happen?
