just wanted to let those who give a crap, that the Simpsons 400th episode is airing on Sunday, May 20th, 2007 on Fox at 8pm eastern/7pm central.

There will be some huge ass promotion where you can win something really big,.as they are promoting the upcoming Simpson movie due out this summer.

"Dont have a cow, man!"
Peter Brady was by far the ugliest Brady kid on the "Brady Bunch". I mean, they were all pretty ugly, and the fact that the Brady dad wanted to always take the boys out on overnight camping trips just a tad bit too often, gave me the creeps.

Dear me, are they only on 400? I thought it was way more than that. Damn pop culture...

Damn, how long has it been now? 10 years? 20 years? Its funny how episodes made in the 80's are still relevant now.

The season opener this year had a new opening credits sequence. Not that you didn't get it because it referred to the movie, but because you didn't see it period. Probably.

At least it deserves to be on the air more than american guy.

Care to tell the reason?

In a nutshell - The Simpsons are pretty much dead to me. Been dead to me for about 8 years now. The Simpsons just aren't that funny anymore, and are kept on the air because they're a reliable brand as opposed to a truly well written, thought provoking comedy with characters who are worth giving a damn about.

You know, there's a slew of shows that START OUT that way, and the Simpsons STILL outlasts them all. I love the way TV Guide and EW prop up these shows that seem to have GREAT followings, what with all the page-count of coverage. (lost, Dancing WTS, Grey's, Heroes, Extreme makeover, Earl; going back a ways; Home Improvement and Dinosaurs).

I don't have to be told what to watch, thank you very much. And I'm glad that we can agree, Lord Aquaman, on that point at least.
