In response to Abbey's loathing of shoes and socks: I like shoes. They keep my sensative feet from getting super-gross and damaged from walking around the world with nothing to protect me. Socks are pretty good at that, though sometimes they agitate my ankle-hair.
Today I'm wearing an orange t-shirt and jeans, and I wore my new sexy tan fedora and my dark-green suitcoat as well. Yes, dark-green suit-coat on top of orange t-shirt.

My sense of fashion is parked somewhere between Victorian England and the 1950s Zoot Suit. Unfortunately I live in Southern California and would boil alive if I wore anything like that.
