This topic is about the Nasonex Bee, and why he is a dirty monster.




To be perfectly frank, my username is not directly related to the contents of this thread, it is actually a coincidence that I am Sniffles, and are making a thread directly attacking the Nasonex Bee, whose nasal congestions have kept him from molesting his floral love slave many times in the past.

Cute as that accent may be, that bee shot my brother twenty times with an Uzi submachine gun and stole his hot rod.

By the way, London's in Ireland, not Canada. It amazes me how ignorant Eastern Europeans can be sometimes.

How very odd. I just saw a Nasonex commercial and was wondering why they gave the bee a Spanish (I think?) accent.

Cosmic coincidence? Certainly!

I probably saw the same commercial. Or as we in North Africa say, advert.

Has anyone else noticed that they changed the Bee's design from some horribly animated that my cat threw up to something less horribly animated?

Also, that bee gives me nightmares. Ugh. I get shivers just thinking about it.

London is in Canada. Ontario, in fact. And my family isn't from Eastern Europe, they're from Western Europe. Oh well!

Sorry about your brother, though. I guess I'll set the bee's cute accent aside, and go after him as well!

Well, according to some basic Google/YouTube research, the original commercial had the bee making amorous advances towards a flower but unable to get near it due to his hay fever. With that in mind I guess they probably chose Antonio Banderas for the voice due to his deep Latino tones that make women fall at his feet. Or something. Mediterranean = sexy, basically.

I'm not sure what's weirder... the fact that I went and looked up the stupid commercial for you Brits/Krauts/Hebrews/whatevers or that somebody thought that this advert warranted recording and a placement on YouTube, so you can go watch it whenever you want.
