Hours after the shooting spree on the Virginia Tech campus on April 16, this raving arsehole already claims that the tragedy had been inspired by videogames and thus give founding to his own videogame hating shitrain. Discuss.

The world would be a better place if everyone just ignored that nut. Seriously, he only does this kind of stuff for the publicity.

I love "An expert on school shootings." Sounds

1) Like he hasn't been trying to dispense with video games from day one
2) He's shot up a lot of schools and has gotten good at it.

Oh yeah, I mentioned this in the first place because I remembered that Yahtzee had written an article about this guy two years ago (dated 17/10/2005). I didn't know about him before that and I think it's amazing to see that the everyman can tolerate hypocrisy and bigotry to such an extent (I do not mean that they condone this kind of behaviour but that they are apparently not irritated). I do not have a positive opinion about Hungary's media but if such a fucker popped his head up here he'd be torn to pieces. Oh, except if we're talking politicians, they can get away with anything.

Mr. Thompson' credibility has long gone to shit.
My own mother referred to him as "that crazy guy that what blames everything on video games."

Note: the poor grammar was intended. My mother doesn't actually talk like that either. It just makes a better read if everyones mother has a limey accent.

The problem about those anti-eletronic-gaming idiots is that they usually have political support from the scared idiots, you know, those who never played any video game and think to be true everything they see on TV. Jerks.

When I am angry and want to kill somebody, I usually do it against a virtual alien or zombie. And, the most important, that calms me down. I bet that's exactly what you all do.

Though we don't say it like that, for, you see, that would mean that we're all potential killers who start the day with venting a little in order to not go on a rampage.

I cook various foods like gyoza and salisbury steaks for a glaring character whose eyes erupt in flames when I fail.

And Jerk Thompson is going to read it, isn't he?

Hmmm.... Cooking Mama eh? Sounds a lot like a cannibalism simulator. JT MUST be informed. Who's got his email then?

Edit: I tried Jackpeace@comcast and got delivery status failure when I tried to send this:

Dear Mr. Thompson:

I recently found my daughter wishing to purchase this video game for one system or another, that Nintendo one I think. The title seemed a little off so I did some research. It seems to be an accurate simulation where you can simulate "cooking" other people such as your "mama" or siblings, thus the title. The first one to cook their opponent wins. I found this screenshot:

http://watch.impress...0201/mama15.jpg

I don't know if it acutally contains blood and gore, but this is no game for my child to play. I tried to find your website to find an informed statement on it, but was unable to. If you have any advice, or if I'm just over reacting, please tell me. If not though I hope you'll help inform other parents about the dangers of this game!

Regards, J. M. Hoffman
