I can only do until about 3am EDT on a very late day (i.e. one where I'm not getting enough sleep or skipping classes to get sleep the next morning). Feel free to give me an excuse to lurk at a more reasonable hour. Like, say, during my day...

The hell I'm converting your wacky American timezone into honest GMT just so I can go on the Internet a bit more.

As an experiment I cannot find no such thing as the Name Tease thread other than a name of a profile.

Go onto google.
Type:
Nametease

I am feeling lucky.

Don't know whether that will attract people to join or maybe I am not using a common word to describe.

Using some tool that randomly searches pages, if we all set them up to search here then it would look like we will be here when we are not after the hour.

I'd have to second Chyld there. Sure, it's nice and all putting up a bunch of American times, but the rest of the world works off GMT. Hell, it was invented as a benchmark for international time.

Actually, the record's been beaten anyway, and at a completely different time, too. See?

So, you either don't understand the idea of GMT, or you're being a smart ass and deliberately misinterpreting my comment to piss me off. If it's the former, then I apologise in advance. If (like I suspect)it's the latter, then may I congratulate you on being needlessly obnoxious. That was an utterly brilliant way to miss the entire point of a legitimate post made in the hopes of fostering a greater global understanding. My hat is tipped to you, good sir. May you continue to waste peoples time ad infinitum.

I am sure a vinylist would be devasted if you all beat the records at their house.

no, i still dont understand gmt, so enlighten me with your explanation of why the world should all be on what britons think is the correct time. ....and no,..i wasnt being a smartass,.im just perplexed as to why the entire world should adapt to a singular format.

Because it makes it easier to work out time all over the world, since if I'm in GMT and you're in GMT+4, I just add four hours to my time and I've worked out yours.

And the hell you do as we Brits say, we colonised your ass, boy.
When you lose your calm, you feed your anger.
