I assume you're talking about Jim Fixx. You have to bear in mind that before he became a health nut, he smoked a shitload and was as wide as he was tall, drink, etc. Stuff like that leaves marks on you, even if you decide to mend your ways.

In one state, if you are given the death penalty you can choose between injection and the firing squad. I would definitely choose the latter; that's a much cooler way to go. Especially if they wear trenchcoats and use tommy guns.
