Hello. There is a favorite manga called "One Piece" and I come to look for a place to discuss something related to Manga/Anime but having to scroll up and down for it, I can't find a suitible place to discuss. Should we start a Manga/Anime section? Anyone agrees?

A whole manga/anime sub-forum? Nah, most people here would take the side of "anime/manga = not art", for their own doubtable reasons, so this ain't gonna happen.
There's the Television Talk subforum, though, and the Book Club, so feel free to start a new topic there anytime.
And gee, if One Piece is your favorite manga, then boy oh boy, you sure do still have a long way to go.
