Yes... that's... a nice tripod-hosted-'stop-hot-linking-us' picture...

You're not actually suggesting that Mr. Yahtzee's been watching Yu-Gi-Oh!, right?

The only thing approaching conceivably good about Yu-gi-oh is the guy parodying it on YouTube. Otherwise, burn, burn, and burn it again.

You dare connect that crap with the word 'anime'? Tss... really now, no wonder this genre's getting such a bad reputation...

Hum, basically every animation coming from Japan (or that corner) is anime tongue.gif
Yu-Gi-Oh isn't THAT bad. I mean, it's not "OMIGODMUSTWATCH", but it's a good timewaster for boring days. When nothing else is on TV.

And I don't think Yahtzee got his inspiration from that card. I'm pretty sure I've seen heads like that on several occasions now. Just can't recall where >.<

Let's NOT turn this topic into a discussion of shitty Japanese cartoon series, shall we?

Just you stop me, mwa ha ha ha. Nothing makes me happier than ranting about my distaste of 'inpure' imports, polluteing the pantheon of comics and cartoons

The bad reception comes from the 7:1 shelf ratio between manga and graphic novels in bookshops these days.

Back on topic, Is there a sketch of what the new prince looks like with his mask on I wonder?

The white one was spooky in a mysterious kind of way. This one is spooky in a disgusting kind of way. But this is a kind of face that can only be scary in artworks. Other than in a close up cutscene, it wouldn't have been scary at all in TN, at the opposite of the white face.
