looks are decieving. you are missing the fact that many actors/actresses portray younger characters in television & movies, when in reality they are much older in real life. Also, many asians are known for looking much younger than they really are.
Yes, she LOOKS under 18, she plays a character under 18...but she is really almost 19.

dont hold your breath, it didnt take britney spears or lindsay lohan very long...
besides, for a disney teeny-bopper, she already has taken some pretty suggestive poses that point towards a possible eventual future for her..have a look at this main pic on the front page..not exactly mary poppins-esque purity.
