The ending to TN really reminds me of the old Tin Tin theme tune.

It's the "so many days a something" theme. In the TN SE you'll read my commentary about how the theme tune's melody is saying "5 days a stranger". In the new game you'll hear it's been slightly modified to say "6 days a sac..ri-fice".

Heh, so it does. That's quite interesting. I suppose it works better in that sense then...

I remember hearing Sephiroth's Theme or (aka One-Winged God) in the last confrontation in 7DaS

a.k.a. One-Winged Angel, for fuck's sake. And no.

Thanks smile.gif The last thing I'll say about the 6DAS soundtrack and its continuation on the TN theme's is my primary aim was to make it have that "one last time" feel.

Rocky Balboa, anyone? biggrin.gif

Thanks for correcting me, I'm almost sure I've heard it. Actually, there was more than one track from Final Fantasy in 7 Days a Skeptic.

huh.gif Only if you turned off the game's sound and put on a Final Fantasy soundtrack CD, methinks.

Oh wait! I think I confused Rob Blank with 7DaS, I apologize.

Oh yeah, it has a FF6 song at the casino. Actually, I think that song fits Tarabis a lot more than that zombie town it was originally used for.

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but I still can't find the other piece of music I recall from this game, the piano one that plays during the dream sequence where Adam dies and when Barry is chasing you around. I am actually intending to purchase the entire Chzo mythos series special edition later tonight, so I don't HAVE to have it, as I will soon, but I figured I'd see if anyone knows what it is.
I'm just here to point out your shortcomings and stupidity.

Hmm, m0ds, do you have tabs or notes for the music? I think these would sound cheesy on guitar!

Actually, for some reason, the music that plays in your first dream sequence where the Welder comes in (we have a new captain) reminds me a bit of Torgo's Theme from "Manos": The Hands of Fate.

I thought the word 'cheesy' had a negative connotation...

Not necessarily. Watch Mystery Science Theater 3000 for some horribly cheesy movies, and the show itself is intentionally delightfully cheesy. You can see strings holding up the spaceships, robots that are obviously made of gumball machines and bowling pins... etc.

Another good example would be Army of Darkness. I don't feel I need to elaborate on this movie; it speaks for itself.

Cheesy eh... Well, the first example which comes to my mind is the scene on "Making of TES IV: Oblivion" where Mark Nelson says: "That's such a cheesy line when he says it!" meaning it's a cool line.

A TV show made on a shoestring budget is not intentionally cheesy.
