I think it's funny that a trained middle-aged man like the guard is not able to catch up with a crippled man of probably the same age xD

Help! I'm stuck on the 6th day, I can't get the three welder items without getting killed. Can I get more trilbys?

Yes. What you have to do is kill two Trilbies off, then take the last one back to the kitchen. Pray on the cushion and Somerset will give you the blade. Go to the room where Sam is and kill Trilby, then use his life force on her. Once you've done that, she'll get to work on cloning more Trilbies for you, so you can go back and get some any time you need to.

Finished it today.

I must say... I'm in awe...

A magnificent end to a magnificent series, Yahtz. Simply brilliant.
"Once upon a time, musta been 'round October, few years back, in one o' dose TOP SECRET LAB-MOTORIES de gubbnint keep stashed away underneath Virginia, an EVIL PRINCE, occasion'ly employed as a part-time THEATRICAL CRITICIZER set to woikin' on a plot fo de systematic GENOCIDICAL REMOVE'LANCE of all unwanted highly-rhythmic individj'lls an' sissy-boys!" ... Or you can just go to the front door of the house and they'll magically appear! smile.gif

I was a bit confused when he compared the Order of Blessed Agonies to a Saturday morning cartoon villain. Everyone knows that in the future, Saturdays are illegal. It's been replaced by DontGiveATossDay, which you keep holy by wasting space and oxygen.

I would also like to thank Yahtzee for taking comments from previous games to heart. The journal was great, thanks. It's nice to have the Books of Chzo at hand. Secondly, thanks for extending the speech time. It was annoying in previous games when you would click for new text, and it would change just as your finger was moving so that you would skip the next lot of text by accident. This only happened to me twice in 6DAS. Thanks for listening.

How do you get the staple? I've been clicking on the papers over and over and it doesn't work!

Just finished it, and it's very good indeed. Various thoughts:

It did seems easier than the others. I was really banging my head against a wall at some points in the other games, but I only got stuck twice. And even then I was going along vaguely the right lines.

There's an interesting theme of lack of free will, with Chzo seeing all of time at once, the (fixed?) future affecting the past, and the ontological paradox (Oh ho! Thanks, Wikipedia) of Malcolm O'Monkface creating himself.

I was glad the clone memories issue was left unaddressed, rather than a rubbish "Um, it must be some kind of, er, race memory, or something. Look over there!". I put it down to some kind of picking up of Trilby's soul.

Actually, do clones have souls? Hmmm.

I thought for a second that the Tall Man was going to say something in the end sequence, and was glad he didn't. Although it would have been funny if his last and only words were "Oh, bollocks". But in Welsh, possibly.

Found another little, mostly irrelevant bug on day 2...

When attempting to talk to Janine in the kitchen, immediately after getting the religious page off the refrigerator, while still standing there, I clicked talk on her and Theo spun around about four times, finally faced the fridge and then talked to her.
I'm just here to point out your shortcomings and stupidity.
