Yeah, because the last thread got wiped, here's a thread for going "OOH SCREENSHOT!"

Its a very nice screenshot of the new game, showing the inside of Chzo. Which always makes makes me think of chorizo, and delicious tacos that other people have.

There was also a short article which included the word "paedobait". This is an awesome word that I will use as often as I can.

Ohhh screenshot!

... this being said, I don't give a damn, apart from feeling a slight "Whoopee!" building up somewhere in my neocortex, with an additional "I hope this is not the final version of the picture, because it looks a little bland".

That's a thought actually. Its beautifully rendered, but it could do with being a bit... well... wetter...

Blood and more vivid colours would be the general answer to that, but since I don't have a clue about what that particular setting is intended to look like or what kind of atmosphere it's supposed tol create, I might aswell shut up and grumble about people who invert the colours of my own pictures. Grrrrr...

Sorry, that last part was a bit off, but it's been bugging me for the past two hours. pinch.gif

It sort of reminded me of the last part of Beneath a Steel Sky, when you're waltzing around inside the omnipresent/omnipotent AI's body. I guess the setting here is not much different.

Someone else in the old thread referenced the inside of that big bastard at the end of System Shock 2.

That was me. Seriously, first thing I thought of. Then when I noticed the name of the file was 'Body of Chzo' and I remembered the name of that level was 'The Body of the Many' and I freaked out a little.

Though, here's to hoping that you don't have to swim through radioactive water in 6DAS. That just about drove me nuts in SS2.

Nice background.
Let me guess. So, at the very end of the game, the main character is swallowed by chzo and, to kill the monster, he has to blow up his heart with a nuclear warhead, is that it?

Just confirming. Anyway, what exactly did Yahtzee post before Trilby's notes was released?
