Pretty badass game where you can shoot people by typing words like dog!

First go, 74, 330 final score.

I actually saw a version of House of the Dead in an arcade in Japan that played like this game.
The Green Knight, SimeSublime the Puffinesque, liker of chips and hunter of gnomes.

I am poor as I only got around 15,000. Not even enough to enter today's high score list with a minimum of 39,110.

It sounds like a good game for typists.

80000 on the dot. Nice and even and sucky. biggrin.gif Well, compared to those high scores - sheesh, do those people have lives? tongue.gif
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

Sime: I've played the English version of Typing of the Dead with my friend before! They carry Dreamcasts on their backs and have typewriters on neck-straps that hang in front of them! tongue.gif

I got 450 points on this game before I got bored and quit. I played a cooler version of this in a game called Crimsonland last year. It's a fun concept, though. Flash just doesn't take very well to programming/displaying graphics. tongue.gif (Am I the only one that had the game chug along on medium?)

I stuck with it for about an hour and 160000 points, and then, astonishingly enough, I started to get bored. But definitely good for curbing typing cravings.

...What, you mean you don't get those?
"YOU'RE MISSING A PERIOD. YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY, DON'T YOU? YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY THAT YOU FUCK WITH GRAMMAR? WELL, FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR MISSING PERIOD! I HOPE IT MEANS YOUR SLUTTY, NON-PUNCTUATED WAYS HAVE GOTTEN YOU TEEN-PREGNANT!"

It's a cool game premise but I think it starts off too slow so there is a long period where you can just get too bored. I think the game might be better if a standard game lasted 2-3 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes.

I played it on easy until my friends stormed the flat. Got to rank 37. Fingers hurt now.

I decided to try the easy level this time compared to the impossible level to which I got around 15,000.

Apart from the problem with my enter key and input slowness I didn't do to bad as I got:
566200 - I don't know why the score list is reporting 566910.
2876 spelt correctly
830 missed words.
Average of 71%

Which made it to the top of the easy high score list for now:

I know it wont last.

laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif You mispelled your own name after spelling 2876 words correctly. That's just brilliant! thumbsup.gif
