EDIT: I have a sneaking suspicion these are from the famous CD-Rom. Can anyone find the source?

The stuff they threw away was better than the stuff that made up the PT.

That stuff's been kicking around for years. Some of it is available on the CD-ROM. For more information check out ocpmovie's 'Deleted Magic.' More info here: http://www.originalt...p;threadid=1284

Looks like that version you linked to is the same thing with Spanish subtitles.

I own Behind the Magic. The clips on there are rather pixelated and low res (it was only released in '98 before DVD had become mainstream).

These clips are available elsewhere in somewhat better quality, but not much. Sound was added to the "treadwell" scene using the original Star Wars Radio Play.

I wish I could see some of the OTHER clips of deleted scenes, that so far you can only see as screen caps or less than 1 second clips (like the ROTJ "sand storm" clip).

A few things are seen in trailers, which did make it onto the 2004 DVD set (such as Threepio ripping the "danger wampas" sign off the door before leaving Echo base).

Yeah, it occured to me later, I remembered a mention of some deleted scenes included on a CD-ROM.

I'll read through that thread, Chef. A few pages, at least.

Hello all.

That footage was interesting - however, I've seen all of it a long time ago and not on any CD-ROM either. You can see all of this footage and lots of other things at a site called 'Blue Harvest' here.

I was a little surprised that nobody has brought it up already as it seems like a site that's been running for quite a long time.

Anyway, you may enjoy having a look at this site from time to time.
