I can't understand the lefties. One minute Bush is a fucking moron, and now suddenly he's a criminal mastermind. Did I miss something?

awsome.

It's funny that the same non-Americans who hate Bush are the same non-Americans that hate the United States. Im all for Bush, for the simple reason that I hate America and he is doing a bang up job making other people hate America. GO BUSH!

(Before people start ripping out my heart and eating it, know that I'm being satirical)

double awsome.

As well as his administration on listening to people's phone calls and surveillance could show that he is a good peacher. Not that I like or don't like the land America.

Spoon: You wouldn't find me defending a Democractic, Republican, or Independent canidate that is required to make speeches and fails miserably at doing so. Honestly, I'm a little miffed that my criticism is taken as so partisian. If I wanted to be partisian, I'd have chosen the plethora of political issues that the international community disagrees with Bush on and picked on that. In regards to him getting stage fright or something, that's no excuse. It's part of his job, and he should be able to perform it better, especially after six years of practice. The figurehead of our country should not be a stuttery and uneducated-sounding man. It's just embarrassing, regardless of who it is.

The best part is, a lot of libs don't bother to vote. I myself will be first in line.

My post may sound contradicting to most likely all, but please hear me out...

Abbey, considering that you're a veteran like myself, I cannot fathom how you can take that stance. Americans of the past have fought and died to earn and preserve that right, it is shameful to not vote. NOW on the other hand, I can find cause in your opinion, myself I think voting is truly fruitless as has been proven in the 2000, 2002, and 2004 elections. Nonetheless, if you do not at least give it a chance, then you deny that which you have defended in the past and would hope for in a better future than what we all have now.

As much as reality tells me that my vote really won't make a difference, I still feel compelled to vote simply to express my opinion. I don't think there's a winning situation due to the corruption in contemporary America, but you do have to think positively to begin to expect something better wink.gif

I think she meant that whilst liberals don't vote, she does and feels quite proud of it, and enjoys how it further sets her apart from said group of people and ideology she loathes.

Understood, yet I view that as more of an excuse rather than a means of progression. Liberals are all for political and economic progression, are they not? Making attempts to find reason in not doing what you know could provide change is that which I define cowardice and ignorace. I'm not attempting to offend anyone, at the same time to sit on the sidelines and not at least support something which could better yourself and your life... I find to be hypocracy in anyone who labels themself as "liberal." wink.gif
